1What is the standard production lead time?
For most orders, 7 working days, but for larger orders this might be longer. If you need the item sooner please get in touch and something can be arranged
2How long does postage take (UK Mainland)?
All our packages are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, and a tracking number will be provided upon dispatch.
3What material are the models made from? Is it safe?
All our models are made from Elegoo ABS Like 3.0 Resin, printed on Elegoo Saturn 3 Ultra Printers. Every precaution has been taken to make sure your items are safe to handle, although please take caution when cutting, drilling or otherwise creating resin dust. At the very least a mask should be worn and work should be conducted in a well ventilated area.
4Are the models ready to paint? Do I need to wash them in hot soapy water?
As the models are 3D printed, not cast, there is no residue or release agent to remove. Simply prime them and paint
5I want to purchase a model but its not in the store, can you print it?
Any model under made by any of the sculptors/designers on the site can be added to the store, just drop me a message!
6I dont like the whatsapp contact option, how else can I get in touch?

7Can you reshape the models (i.e bent spears/lances)?
By submerging the part in hot (not boiling) water for a few seconds you can gently pull the part back into shape. To set the change, place the part into ice water for a few seconds
8What scale are the models in?
- Highlands, white angel, kyoushunkeo and monstrous encounters all have their scales listed on the individual listings.
- Fabelzel models are 28mm scale
- Meshymesh models are 28mm scale
- Rescale models are 32mm scale
- MoM miniatures models are 32mm scale
- Lost Kingdom models are 32mm scale
9Can models be rescaled?
Most can but some cannot due to the fragility of parts and postage damage potential. Please reach out and something can be worked out
