Add a selection of imposing characters to your dark fantasy force with the Dark Crusaders – HQ from Monstrous Encounters.

Clad in heavy armour and equipped with brutal weapons, these character models make excellent commanders, champions and heroes for the wider Dark Crusaders range.

They pair naturally with Dark Crusader infantry, Chaotic Warriors and the other units in the collection, while also working well as standalone villains or characters for narrative games and RPG encounters.

Choosing Your Scale

Monstrous Encounters miniatures are sculpted in true scale, so their proportions can differ noticeably from more exaggerated fantasy miniature ranges.

32mm True Scale is our recommended option for most modern fantasy armies and collections, where miniatures tend to be larger and more heavily proportioned.

28mm True Scale is better suited to traditional true-scale collections or armies built around smaller, more realistically proportioned miniatures.

If you’re unsure which version will fit best alongside a modern fantasy collection, we recommend 32mm.

Recommended base size: 25mm square per model.
