Take your Breton cavalry into the skies with the Hippogryph Knights Unit from Monstrous Encounters.

These mounted knights are designed as flying cavalry, with mounts comparable in overall size to the Monstrous Encounters Pegasus Knights rather than enormous monster-sized creatures.

The kit is highly modular, giving you plenty of flexibility when assembling the riders and helping create a varied-looking unit.

Command Group Included

The unit includes a Command Group alongside the rank-and-file Hippogryph Knights, allowing you to build a complete regiment without needing separate command miniatures.

Highly Modular Kit

The kit features extensive modularity, allowing you to mix and match components and create plenty of variation across the unit.

Flight Stands

Resin flight stands are included with the models.

For additional strength and durability, particularly during transport and regular tabletop use, we recommend replacing the resin flight-stand stem with a suitable brass rod.

Printed to order in high-detail resin from original sculpts by Monstrous Encounters.

Choosing Your Scale

Monstrous Encounters miniatures are sculpted in true scale, so their proportions can differ noticeably from more exaggerated fantasy miniature ranges.

32mm True Scale is our recommended option for most modern fantasy armies and collections, where miniatures tend to be larger and more heavily proportioned.

28mm True Scale is better suited to traditional true-scale collections or armies built around smaller, more realistically proportioned miniatures.

If you’re unsure which version will fit best alongside a modern fantasy collection, we recommend 32mm.

Recommended base size: 40x60mm per model.
