Choosing Your Scale

Monstrous Encounters miniatures are sculpted in true scale, so their proportions can differ noticeably from more exaggerated tabletop miniature ranges.

32mm True Scale is our recommended option for most modern sci-fi collections, where miniatures tend to be larger and more heavily proportioned.

28mm True Scale is better suited to traditional true-scale collections or forces built around smaller, more realistically proportioned miniatures.

If you’re unsure which version will fit best alongside a modern collection, we recommend 32mm.
